No pocket guide, like it shows on the app

Tried to contact support, but said didnt have the page anymore. Just downloaded the app, based on the app description it said there was a pocket guide for goods but I dont see that on the app. Just food tracker where you put in calories, etc and bonus where you can put in exercise. Where is the pocket guide??
