If youre familiar with weight watchers and dont feel like paying for the monthly weigh-ins and registration fees, this app is for you. Ive had it for five years now and it helps me lose that extra weight after the holiday season. Tracking your points and calculating point values is really easy. However, it would be nice to have a restaurant guide included in the database and the activity calculator is a tad vague. Id like to have an activity database with activities such as yoga, walking, jogging, weight lifting, etc... First app I got and Im still recommending it to friends.
